Prevention of bone (growth deficiency, rickets)
Vitamin D is particularly needed during pregnancy, breastfeeding, growth periods, and old age. It helps prevent deficiencies in the development of bones and teeth and prevents the occurrence of rickets. Therefore, supplementing Vitamin D during these periods can have positive effects on healthy bone development and skeletal maintenance.
Adults and children over 8 years old should take 1 tablet once a day.
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, patients with sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin), and those with kidney diseases. Individuals with allergic reactions to any of the ingredients in this medication should also avoid using it. Infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not take this medication. Additionally, since this medication contains lactose, those with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should avoid using it. During the use of this medication, it is recommended to avoid taking drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids together. Infants under 1 year old, patients undergoing treatment, children who are exposed to sunlight and have a normal diet, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, preterm infants, and toddlers should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory problems, kidney disorders, or hypoproteinemia, and those taking cardiac glycosides should also consult with their doctor before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, or skin rash occur during use, the medication should be discontinued immediately and a healthcare professional should be consulted. Overdose may result in gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Long-term use may lead to hypercalcemia and stone disease, so caution is required. Moreover, taking this medication along with certain diuretics may increase potassium levels in the blood, which requires caution. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed usage and dosage, and parental guidance and supervision are required when administered to children. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during the course of use. When storing, keep it out of reach of children and in a sealed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is important not to transfer it to other containers.

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, and antacids, and caution is required in case of co-administration with aldosterone antagonists and trimethoprim due to the risk of hyperkalemia.
This medication should not be taken with teas that contain tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during or shortly before or after taking.
This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air ingress and kept at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C for safety. By doing so, the medication's effectiveness can be well maintained.
