Adult dosage
1. Preparation Method The preparation of the disinfectant solution is done according to the following methods. Mix using the ratio of product (80 mL) to water (7,920 mL) or product (110 mL) to water (7,890 mL). 2. Usage Method 1) Soak clean medical instruments in the prepared disinfectant solution completely. For instruments with fine holes or complex structures, it is best to use pressured injection or suction to ensure they are thoroughly soaked in the prepared disinfectant. 2) If the concentration of the disinfectant is 1500 ppm or more, soak for at least 10 minutes, or if it is 2000 ppm or more, soak for at least 5 minutes (chemical sterilization). 3) After thoroughly soaking, remove the instruments and rinse under flowing purified water for at least 15 seconds to ensure that the product does not remain. Water may be used depending on the intended purpose. For instruments with fine holes or complex structures, it is easy for the inner disinfectant to remain, so it is advisable to apply pressured water or increase rinsing time to ensure sufficient rinsing. 3. After the disinfection of medical instruments is complete, confirm that neither this product nor its decomposition products (hydrogen peroxide) remain before using the instruments.

Efficacy & effects

Chemical sterilization and disinfection effect of medical devices

View approved original text

To safely use medical devices, chemical methods must be performed for sterilization and disinfection. This process is crucial for eliminating or killing bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc. that may exist on the instruments, thus preventing infections. Chemical sterilizers use various chemical substances to effectively remove microorganisms and can be applied to medical instruments where high-temperature sterilization is difficult. The disinfection process is slightly less effective than sterilization, but it is sufficiently useful to reduce the risk of infection. This method is used in medical settings to ensure patient safety and improve infection control.
