The vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C contained in this medication are used as essential nutrients for physical fatigue or during pregnancy and lactation, during or after illness, during periods of growth, and in old age. Vitamins help alleviate dry eyes and improve night blindness, assist in the prevention of poor bone and dental growth or rickets. They are also effective for alleviating peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness of hands and feet, and cold extremities. It is also used for pain relief from neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain and contributes to the improvement of beriberi and eye fatigue. Zinc is also a mineral essential for maintaining body function, aiding in enhancing immune response and promoting wound healing. Therefore, this medication is used to enhance health and alleviate various symptoms across different age groups and situations.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, especially if taking more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily within the first three months of pregnancy, as it may pose a risk of congenital malformations in the fetus. Individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney disease should avoid taking this medication as it may be harmful to their health. Those allergic to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months old, patients with kidney stones or severe kidney failure should also refrain from using it. Long-term high-dose usage of this medication may lead to tolerance or side effects such as neurological disturbances, liver damage, hypercalcemia, and increased risk of osteoporosis, so caution is advised.
