Prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia
Iron deficiency anemia occurs when there is a lack of iron in the body. This medication supplements iron to help produce red blood cells in the blood, thereby preventing and treating symptoms of anemia.

This medication can cause serious poisoning and death if mistakenly taken in excess by children, so it must be stored in a safe place out of reach of children. Individuals with allergic reactions to any ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months, and those with specific iron metabolism disorders should not take this medication. Additionally, patients with certain types of anemia, chronic pancreatitis, or liver cirrhosis should avoid this medication. This medication contains lactose; therefore, patients with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should not use it. During treatment, it is advisable to avoid taking phosphate, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, and antacids together with this medication, as well as avoiding green tea, black tea, milk, and dairy products. Consult a healthcare professional if you are receiving treatment for any condition, have gastrointestinal diseases, heart or kidney disorders, or are taking specific medications. If you experience abnormal symptoms such as hives, itching, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, or fever while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a medical professional. In case of overdose, severe gastrointestinal damage and systemic poisoning symptoms may occur, requiring emergency treatment, so it is essential to visit a medical institution immediately. Follow the prescribed dosage and frequency carefully, and if there is no therapeutic effect or if symptoms worsen, consult a healthcare professional. When children are taking this medication, parental supervision is required, and regular blood tests are recommended during treatment. Store this medication in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and ensure it is not transferred to a different container.

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before combining this medication with aldosterone antagonists, triamterene, iron preparations with diphosphonic acids, thyroxine, cefdinir preparations, salicylic acid, phenylbutazone, oxyphenbutazone with iron preparations, fluoroquinolones, penicillamine, cholestyramine, pancreatic enzymes, and vitamin E.
This medication should be avoided with tannin-containing teas such as green tea and black tea, and also with milk and dairy products during or shortly before and after taking.
This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is recommended to maintain a storage temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will help maintain the medication's effectiveness and safety.
