Vitamin B2 and B6 are recommended for replenishment during severe physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and when stamina is reduced due to illness or convalescence. Additionally, these vitamins alleviate inflammation of the oral mucosa, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, and help with skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. They are also effective in relieving muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Due to these effects, Vitamins B2 and B6 are used for general health improvement and alleviation of various inflammations and symptoms.
