This medication is used for gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea, diarrhea with abdominal pain, loose stools, and vomiting symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 capsules once daily, 1 to 3 times a day. If taking more than twice a day, maintain an interval of more than 4 hours between doses.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, and newborns. Children under 7 years old should also avoid this medication. Additionally, individuals with issues related to lactose, such as galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take any gastrointestinal analgesics or antispasmodics while on this medication. Since it contains Yellow No. 4 dye, individuals allergic or sensitive to this component should use caution. Patients with past allergic reactions, those with diarrhea accompanied by fever, elderly patients, those with persistent blood or mucus in the stool, those with gastric or duodenal ulcers, and those taking other medications should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Caution is advised if there is an allergy to Yellow No. 5 dye contained in this drug. If symptoms of an allergic reaction such as skin rash or itching occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, dry mouth may occur rarely; if symptoms do not improve, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor. It is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and avoid drinking alcohol while using this medication. It is advisable not to use this medication for more than 3 days.
