Vitamins B1, B2, B6 help when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and when weakened during or after illness. They are also effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and used to improve eye fatigue caused by asthenopia.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 8 years and older: 1 tablet once daily after meals

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with excess calcium in the blood, unknown systemic inflammatory diseases, or kidney disorders. People allergic to this medication or its components should also avoid it. Infants under 12 months, kidney stone patients, and those with severe symptoms of renal failure should not take this medication. As this medication contains lactose, those with a genetic issue that prevents the breakdown of lactose should also avoid it. During treatment with this medication, phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and medications such as levodopa should not be taken together. Children under 1 year old, patients currently in treatment, children receiving a lot of sunlight, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, individuals with heart or circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, protein deficiency patients, and those taking cardiac glycosides should consult a healthcare provider before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeats, skin rash, itching, swelling, etc., occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Long-term high-dose pyridoxine use may cause neurological issues, so caution is necessary. Overdose of vitamin B12 may cause blood abnormalities, so care is needed, and high doses of this medication can lead to gastric ulcers, blood sugar control disorders, increased uric acid, and liver damage. Excessive intake may also cause nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart failure symptoms, so caution is advised. Long-term use may lead to hypercalcemia and kidney stones, and taking it with certain diuretics may dangerously elevate blood potassium levels. If an overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional immediately. Always adhere to prescribed dosages, and when giving to children, adult supervision is necessary. This medication may change the urine color to yellow, which may affect test results. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, and store in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is important not to transfer to other containers.
