This medication is used to relieve pain in patients with acute low back pain occurring with musculoskeletal muscle spasms.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet orally after meals, twice a day. This medication should be taken whole without crushing, dividing, or chewing. It should be administered for the shortest duration necessary to minimize adverse reactions.

Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day. There is an increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in people who take this medication while drinking heavily. This medication may increase the risk to the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, so patients with congestive heart failure or cardiovascular disease risk factors should use it cautiously. The longer the dosage and duration, the higher the cardiovascular risk, so it is advisable to use the minimum dose and shortest duration possible. During use, cardiovascular symptoms should be monitored periodically, and if symptoms occur, medical advice should be sought immediately. Patients with a history of cerebrovascular bleeding should use this medication with special caution under strict medical supervision. This medication may increase the risk of serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation. In particular, elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases should be careful, and if symptoms of gastrointestinal bleeding occur during treatment, immediate medical attention is required. This medication is not recommended for children due to the lack of established indications and safety. In case of overdose, symptoms such as gastrointestinal irritation, hypotension, respiratory depression, and seizures may occur, so seek medical attention immediately. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and not transferred to other containers.
