Clare Eye Drops (Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose) (Single Use)

Adult eye dose

Instill 1-2 drops into the affected eye as needed and discard any remaining liquid and container after use. When using this with other eye drops, instill them at least 15 minutes apart to avoid dilution effects.

This medication is an eye drop intended for use in the eyes. If you experience eye pain, changes in vision, persistent redness or irritation, or if symptoms last more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult a physician. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance immediately, and be careful as vision may be temporarily blurry after instillation; avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery until vision is clear again. This medication is only for ophthalmic use, do not use it on other body parts, and do not reuse any opened container, discard any remaining liquid and the container after use. Take care to prevent the tip of the container from touching your eye or other surfaces to avoid contamination or damage to the eye. Do not use if the container is damaged or if the solution has changed color or becomes cloudy, and never use expired products. Store this medication in a safe place out of reach of children and keep unused single-use containers in their original packaging.
