This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc, which can supplement the necessary nutrients needed in various situations such as physical fatigue or during pregnancy and breastfeeding, physical decline during illness or post-illness, in childhood and old age. It also helps maintain the health of bones and teeth and prevents rickets. It is effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthritis as well as symptoms of oral and skin diseases such as kwashiorkor, eye fatigue, stomatitis, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, and glossitis. It is used to maintain health and improve symptoms due to these various effects.

How to take

Adult dose

1 tablet once a day.

Child dose

Children over 8 years: 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excessive calcium in the blood), patients with sarcoidosis (a type of systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney diseases. Additionally, individuals who are allergic to any of the ingredients contained in this medication, infants under 12 months of age, and patients with kidney stones should avoid taking this medication. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken simultaneously with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under 1 year, patients under medical treatment, children receiving ample sunlight and normal nutrition, patients with hyperoxaluria, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, preterm infants, and infants must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Those with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, or localized colitis, as well as patients with heart and circulatory disorders, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, gout, or a history of kidney stones should also consult a specialist. If you experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, rash, dermatitis, hair loss, hypotension, pulmonary edema while taking this medication, you must stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Moreover, if menstruation occurs earlier than expected or bleeding lasts for an extended period, also stop taking this medication and consult a specialist. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients with a predisposition to thrombosis should be cautious, as taking vitamin E can increase the risk of thrombosis. Continuous high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and long-term high-dose pyridoxine can cause nerve disorders. High-dose intake can also worsen peptic ulcers and impair blood sugar control, and it may pose a risk of liver damage or hyperuricemia. Overdose could result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so caution is advised. Particularly, caution should be exercised when taken concurrently with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene as it may result in hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after an overdose or after taking it for more than one month, consult a specialist. This medication must be taken as prescribed in terms of dosage and administration, and when given to children, it should be done under a guardian's supervision. During treatment, this medication may affect the detection of blood sugars in urinalysis and may also change the color of urine to yellow, which can influence clinical tests. It is recommended to avoid tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored in a secure container out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool and dry place. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it should not be transferred to another container.
