A maximum of 3200 mg can be administered per day. For mild to moderate pain and cold: Administer 200-400 mg orally 3-4 times daily, adjusting based on age and symptoms.
Child dose
Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis: Administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 doses daily.

This medication is effective in relieving fever and pain caused by colds, back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and postoperative pain. It can also be used for relief of various pain such as headache or migraine, toothache, muscle pain, and neuralgia. It helps with inflammatory diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis and acute gout, as well as non-joint rheumatic diseases like tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. This drug reduces these pains and inflammations, improving the patient's daily activity. Therefore, this medication is used to treat various pains and inflammatory diseases.

How to take

Adult dose

Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Soft Tissue Injury, Non-Joint Rheumatic Diseases, Acute Gout, Psoriatic Arthritis: Administer 200-600 mg of ibuprofen orally 3-4 times daily. A maximum of 3200 mg can be administered per day. For mild to moderate pain and cold: Administer 200-400 mg orally 3-4 times daily, adjusting based on age and symptoms.

Child dose

Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis: Administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 doses daily.

Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist before use by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day, as gastrointestinal bleeding may occur. Additionally, this medication can pose risks to the cardiovascular system. Individuals with heart conditions or risk factors, or those who take it for extended periods, have an increased likelihood of severe vascular blockage symptoms such as myocardial infarction or stroke. If any adverse reactions occur while taking this medication, medical consultation should be sought immediately, especially for those with hypertension, heart failure, or ischemic heart disease. There are also risks to the gastrointestinal system, where serious issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation may arise. Interactions

Drug interactions

Patients receiving high-dose methotrexate for chemotherapy should not take this medication. Do not take it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants, or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.

Storage
