The vitamins B2 and B6 in this medication help prevent physical fatigue and provide necessary nutritional supplementation during pregnancy and lactation. It also supports recovery from fatigue when physical strength is diminished due to illness or following illness. Additionally, it is effective in alleviating symptoms of oral mucosa inflammation such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, as well as dermatitis and eczema. It also helps relieve muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Therefore, this medication is used for the recovery of body fatigue and various inflammatory symptoms as well as muscle cramps.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 12 and older and adults: Take 20 mL twice daily. If necessary, dilute with a little water.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or its components. Infants under 12 months of age and patients with severely impaired kidney function should also not take this medication. While taking this medication, it should not be taken together with medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids, nor should it be taken with levodopa. Patients undergoing medical treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and patients with heart or circulatory problems, poor kidney function, or low protein levels must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, this medication contains caramel, so individuals allergic or hypersensitive to this component should take caution when using it. If red spots appear on the skin or symptoms of diarrhea, cessation of heartbeats, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during the course of taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Long-term high-dose intake of pyridoxine can lead to peripheral nerve abnormalities, so caution is required. High doses may exacerbate gastric ulcers or make blood sugar control difficult, and there is a risk of elevated uric acid levels and liver damage. Overdosage may result in symptoms like nausea, vomiting, sodium overload, heart failure, and swelling. Caution must be exercised if taken together with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as blood potassium levels may rise to dangerous levels. If mistakenly taken in excess or if symptoms do not improve after a month of use, consult a professional immediately. This medication must be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and urination may turn yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It's advisable not to drink teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before or after taking this medication. Store this medication in a place out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a sealed container to maintain quality. Do not transfer to other containers to maintain quality and prevent misuse.
