These vitamins also help alleviate inflammation symptoms around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin issues like eczema and dermatitis. A balanced supplementation of these vitamins is effective for overall health improvement and symptom relief.
How to take
Adult dose
Ages 8 years and above: 10 mL once, taken twice a day.
Child dose
Ages 24 months and above to under 8 years: 5 mL once, Ages 12 months and above to under 24 months: 2.5 mL once, taken twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals with excessively high calcium levels in the blood, unspecified systemic inflammatory diseases, or kidney disease. Also, individuals allergic to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and severe renal failure patients should avoid taking this medication. During the intake of this medication, do not take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa simultaneously. Infants under 1 year old, those receiving medical treatment, children exposed to sunlight frequently, pregnant women or women who could become pregnant, nursing mothers, and premature or newborn infants must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Caution is also advised for individuals with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, or hypoalbuminemia who are taking cardiac glycosides. This medication contains sodium benzoate, which may cause slight irritation to the skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, hypotension, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, abdominal pain, or pulmonary edema occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult with a healthcare provider. Additionally, prolonged or high-dose use may lead to side effects such as nerve damage, peptic ulcers, blood sugar control issues, liver damage, and hyperuricemia, so caution is needed. Follow the prescribed dosage closely, administer to children under the supervision of a guardian, and use for oral intake only. This medication may cause urine to turn yellow, which should be noted during clinical tests, and it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication.
