This medication is prescribed for patients with concomitant hypertension and dyslipidemia who need to use both Telmisartan/Amlodipine combination and Rosuvastatin/Ezetimibe combination. It is particularly effective for patients with essential hypertension who are not sufficiently controlled by monotherapy with Amlodipine or Telmisartan. Additionally, it helps to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia, heterozygous familial and non-familial hypercholesterolemia, and mixed dyslipidemia, and increases good cholesterol (HDL-C). This medication is used in conjunction with dietary management to effectively control blood pressure and lipid levels. Therefore, it is a highly suitable treatment for patients requiring simultaneous management of hypertension and dyslipidemia.
