Adult dose

This medication is to be administered only to adults, with one tablet taken once daily, regardless of meals, taken with water. It is recommended to take it at the same time every day if possible. The recommended dosage for telmisartan/S-amlodipine (amlodipine) combination is once daily and should be individualized for each patient. The rosuvastatin/ezetimibe combination is given for primary hypercholesterolemia at doses ranging from 5/10 mg to 20/10 mg once daily, starting with an initial dose.

This medication can cause serious problems for the fetus or newborn if used during pregnancy, so it should be discontinued immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. If severe muscle pain, weakness, or muscle cramps occur while taking this medication, notify your doctor immediately, and necessary tests may be conducted to check for muscle damage. Patients with liver dysfunction or liver disease must consult a doctor before using this medication, and liver function tests must be performed regularly. Caution is required for patients with decreased kidney function or severe kidney disease before taking this medication, and kidney function tests must be performed frequently. This medication should not be administered to patients with specific allergic reactions or lactose intolerance, and it is essential to inform your doctor about any hypersensitivity. Drug interactions may occur when taken with other medications, so inform your doctor or pharmacist about any medications currently being taken. As a medication that lowers blood pressure, hypotensive symptoms may occur; thus, if dizziness or fainting occurs, consult medical personnel immediately. There is a risk of hyperkalemia, so potassium levels in the blood must be monitored regularly, and caution should be taken not to excessively consume potassium supplements or potassium-rich foods. It is advisable to avoid or limit alcohol during the treatment period, and caution is required as drowsiness or dizziness may occur while driving or operating machinery. If muscle-related abnormal symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult with medical personnel, especially if muscle pain is accompanied by fever, immediate medical attention is needed. This medication may affect liver and kidney functions; thus, regular blood tests and health checks are essential. If an allergic reaction such as skin rash, itching, swelling of the face or neck occurs during treatment, discontinue use immediately and visit a medical institution.

Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, paleness, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of mouth/eyes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, respiratory abnormalities with cough + fever, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headache, lightning headache, seizures, confusion of consciousness, visual disturbances, paralysis, urinary changes
