This drug is suitable for patients who need to use a combination of telmisartan and S-amlodipine (amlodipine), along with a combination of rosuvastatin and ezetimibe. It is intended to manage hypertension and dyslipidemia simultaneously and is administered additionally when blood pressure or cholesterol levels are not adequately controlled despite being on two or more components. First, it is used in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not well controlled with telmisartan and amlodipine as monotherapy. It is also effective as an adjunct to dietary therapy for reducing total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, Apo B, triglycerides, and non-HDL cholesterol while increasing HDL cholesterol in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia. This drug is used to effectively improve both hypertension and dyslipidemia.
