The vitamins D, B1, B2, B6, and zinc contained in this medicine assist the body in various situations such as physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, decreased physical strength during and after illness, growth periods, and old age. Vitamin D aids in bone and dental development and is vital in the prevention of rickets, while the B vitamins are effective in preventing beriberi (thiamine deficiency disease) and relieving eye fatigue. Additionally, it alleviates symptoms of pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain, as well as various inflammatory symptoms like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Zinc also contributes to skin health and enhances immunity. These nutrients are used to protect our health and improve bodily functions.
How to take
Adult dose
For those aged 12 and older, take 1 tablet once daily after meals.
Precautions
This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excess calcium in the blood) or sarcoidosis, an unexplained systemic inflammatory disease, and individuals with kidney disease. Individuals who have allergic reactions to the ingredients in this medicine, infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure symptoms should also refrain from taking this medicine. During treatment, specific medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids should not be taken simultaneously, nor should levodopa. Children under one year of age, patients under medical treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight with normal diets, pregnant women or those capable of becoming pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Furthermore, individuals with gastrointestinal disorders such as peptic ulcers or chronic colitis, those with heart and circulatory function disorders, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, patients taking cardiac glycosides, and individuals with a history of kidney stones should also consult an expert before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, constipation, hypotension, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rash, cardiac arrest, central nervous system dysfunction, dermatitis, foul odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, anxiety, gastrointestinal disturbances, epigastric pain, or pulmonary edema occur during the course of taking this medicine, immediately discontinue and consult a professional. Prolonged intake of vitamin B6 exceeding 500mg to 2g a day may lead to neurological symptoms, and exceeding a certain dose of vitamin B12 may cause hematological adverse reactions. High-dose intake may exacerbate peptic ulcers, disrupt blood sugar control, cause hyperuricemia, and lead to liver damage. Excessive intake may lead to nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. Long-term use may lead to hypercalcemia and kidney stones, so caution is necessary, and taking with specific diuretics poses a risk of hyperkalemia. If overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional immediately. The established dosage and administration must be followed strictly, with supervision required for children taking this medicine. This medicine may change the urine color to yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results. Tar-containing teas such as green tea or black tea should be avoided during or before/after taking this medicine. Store in a sealed container to prevent air exposure, at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius, to maintain the effectiveness of the drug. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To prevent misuse and ensure product quality, do not transfer to other containers.
