The vitamins E, B1, B2, B6 contained in this medication help to replenish physical strength during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, during and after illness, and in old age. It also alleviates symptoms such as peripheral circulatory disorders, shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and cold extremities that occur during menopause. The medication is effective for relieving pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. It is also used to improve symptoms of fatigue of the eyes and oral inflammation symptoms such as angular stomatitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis. Finally, it alleviates muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. This medication is used to improve a variety of symptoms and conditions as mentioned.
For ages 15 and above and adults: Take 1 tablet twice a day.
This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients. Babies under 12 months or patients with severe renal failure should not take this medication. Individuals allergic or hypersensitive to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should be cautious. While taking this medication, it should not be taken with specific medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Patients under treatment or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as premature infants and infants, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory system problems, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should also exercise caution. If symptoms such as gastric discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, arrhythmia, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during use, the medication should be stopped immediately and a professional should be consulted. Changes in menstrual pattern, such as faster cycles or prolonged bleeding, should be monitored carefully. Patients taking estrogen contraceptives or those with a thrombotic tendency may face an increased risk of thrombosis when taking vitamin E. High-dose long-term intake of pyridoxine may lead to nerve damage, so caution is advised. Patients with folic acid deficiency receiving high-dose vitamin B12 may experience hematological abnormalities. Overdose of this medication can cause serious side effects such as gastrointestinal disorders, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Caution should be exercised, especially when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as there is a risk of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after 1 month of use, it is advisable to consult a professional. Dosing instructions should be strictly followed, and this medication can cause urine discoloration to yellow, affecting test results. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary. When using other intravenous lipid preparations, consider the lipid content and adjust the dosage accordingly. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a tightly sealed container, away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place. Additionally, do not transfer to another container for quality maintenance.
