The vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C contained in this medicine help supplement the nutrients needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, during illness or after recovery, growth periods, and old age. Additionally, vitamin D supports normal bone and tooth development and is effective in preventing rickets. This medicine is also used to alleviate various symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, dermatitis, etc. It helps relieve fatigue in the legs and eyes as well. Zinc is also provided to contribute to the maintenance and recovery of body functions. Thus, this medicine is utilized for the improvement of various health issues by including multiple vitamins and minerals.
For individuals aged 12 and older and adults: Take 1 tablet once a day.
This drug should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia due to excessive calcium levels in the blood, patients with sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin, or patients with poor kidney function. Additionally, individuals allergic to this drug or its ingredients, infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, severe renal failure, or those allergic to soybean oil, legumes, or peanuts should avoid taking this drug. It is advisable not to take this drug together with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline, antacids, and drugs like levodopa. Patients receiving medical treatment or those with oxalate nephropathy, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, and children should consult experts before taking this drug. Individuals with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, localized colitis, heart and circulatory disorders, kidney problems, hypoproteinemia, gout, or a history of kidney stones should also consult a professional. If any abnormal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, rashes, dermatitis, hair loss, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur while taking this drug, discontinue immediately and consult a medical professional. Additionally, if menstruation becomes more frequent or the amount increases significantly and bleeding lasts longer than usual, stopping the medication and consulting a doctor is important. Patients taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk for thrombosis should be cautious, as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis when taking this drug. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of certain vitamins may cause neurological disorders or blood abnormalities, hence caution is needed. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers, impair glucose tolerance, cause hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so it is crucial to adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage. This drug may affect urine test results, and it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages like green tea or black tea during use. Particularly, patients with problems in lipid metabolism should regularly check their plasma lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly, and when using other lipid-lowering agents, the dosage should be adjusted to avoid excess lipids. Finally, this drug should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, kept in a cool place with low humidity, and it is essential not to transfer it to other containers to maintain quality.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, constipation, rash, erythema (redness), loose stools, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, red spots, diastolic heart contraction (cardiac arrest), central nervous system dysfunction, dermatitis, foul odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, agitation, gastrointestinal disturbances, digestive disorders, abdominal pain in the upper part of the abdomen, hypotension, pulmonary edema (swelling), menstrual bleeding becoming earlier or increasing in amount, prolonged bleeding, sensory neuropathy
