This medication contains vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6, which help with physical fatigue, nutritional support during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and recovery of strength during and after illness, as well as providing essential nutrients needed in old age. It also relieves symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness of the hands and feet due to peripheral blood circulation disorders or menopause, and is effective for various pains such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. It also helps relieve oral inflammatory conditions such as cheilitis, glossitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, beriberi, and alleviates eye fatigue, preventing and improving muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. This medication is used for overall physical strength enhancement and relief of various symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and older: Take 1 tablet twice daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients. Babies under 12 months should not take this medication, and patients with severely impaired kidney function should also avoid it. People who are allergic to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, etc., should not take this medication. While taking this medication, it should not be taken concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications like levodopa. Women who are currently receiving medical treatment, pregnant, possibly pregnant, breastfeeding, premature infants, or infants must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory diseases, those with impaired kidney function, patients with low protein levels, and those with lipid metabolism disorders should also consult with a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rashes, nausea, vomiting, red spots, arrhythmia, central nervous system abnormalities occur during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult with a specialist. If the menstrual cycle becomes faster or bleeding persists for a long time, also stop taking and consult a doctor. Women taking oral contraceptives or patients with a risk of thrombosis should be cautious as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. High-dose long-term use of pyridoxine may lead to symptoms of nerve damage. Patients with folic acid deficiency who take more than a certain dose of vitamin B12 may experience blood abnormalities. Excessive doses may cause nausea, vomiting, edema, congestive heart failure, and other side effects, so caution is advised. Taking with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase the risk of high potassium levels in the blood, so be careful. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, consult a specialist. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and the urine may turn yellow, which can affect test results. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during or immediately before and after taking the medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should frequently check lipid levels in the blood, and when using other lipid injectables, adjust lipid levels accordingly. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, and tightly sealed to maintain quality and prevent misuse.
