Prevention of rickets and promotion of bone growth, relief of pain such as neuralgia and muscular pain
This medicine helps to supplement vitamins D, B1, B2, B6, and zinc needed during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, post-illness recovery, growth periods, and old age. Vitamin D is effective in maintaining bone and dental health and preventing rickets. Vitamin B1 is important for the prevention of beriberi, and B2 helps relieve eye fatigue. This medicine is also used to alleviate pain symptoms such as neuralgia, muscular pain, and arthralgia, as well as skin symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Overall, it is a medication that helps strengthen physical health and improve various symptoms.
For those aged 12 and older: Take 1 tablet once a day after meals.
This medication should not be taken by individuals with excessive calcium in the blood, specific systemic inflammatory diseases, or kidney diseases. Additionally, it should be avoided by individuals allergic to this medicine or any of its ingredients, infants under 12 months, or those with kidney stones or severe kidney failure. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should also avoid this medication. During treatment, this medicine should not be used concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics or antacids, and drugs like levodopa. Individuals receiving medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with gastrointestinal disorders or issues with heart and kidney functions should consult a specialist before taking this medication. Also, caution is needed for those with hypoproteinemia, hyperlipidemia, diabetic hyperlipidemia, or previous kidney stone history. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system symptoms, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, hypotension, or swelling occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a specialist consulted. Long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine may cause nerve damage symptoms, and high-dose administration of vitamin B12 may result in blood abnormalities, so caution is advised. This medicine may worsen peptic ulcers or affect blood sugar control, and it can also induce hyperuricemia or liver damage. Overdosing may lead to gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, heart failure, and swelling, so caution is necessary; there is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly followed, and the urine color may change when taking this drug, which should be noted during clinical tests. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages like green tea or black tea before and after taking this medicine, and supervision by a guardian is required when administering to children. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly, and if using other lipid-regulating agents, the total lipid amounts should be considered for dosage adjustments. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it’s important not to transfer it to other containers.

This medication may be sensitive to air or moisture, so it should be stored in a sealed container. The storage temperature should be maintained between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature. This way, the effectiveness of the medication can be safely preserved.
