This medication is used for patients with both hypertension and dyslipidemia. It is particularly suitable for patients with essential hypertension who are taking a combination of telmisartan and amlodipine but are not achieving sufficient blood pressure control. Additionally, it helps effectively lower blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels and increase good cholesterol (HDL) in patients with dyslipidemia who are taking a combination of rosuvastatin and ezetimibe. This medication can be used when additional control is needed while taking multiple medications to improve both blood pressure and blood lipid levels together. Therefore, it is effectively used for combination treatment of hypertension and dyslipidemia.
