This medication is used for patients who suffer from both hypertension and dyslipidemia and need to take telmisartan/amlodipine combination and rosuvastatin/ezetimibe combination together. It is particularly helpful for patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure control is not sufficient with either amlodipine or telmisartan alone. Additionally, it is effective in regulating cholesterol levels in patients with primary hypercholesterolemia or mixed dyslipidemia. This drug lowers total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, Apo B, triglycerides, and non-HDL cholesterol while increasing HDL cholesterol, thereby improving blood lipid balance. When used in conjunction with a consistent dietary regimen, it contributes to effective management of the patient’s cardiovascular health. Therefore, this medication is used to assist in the regulation of blood pressure and lipid levels.
