This drug contains vitamins E, B1, and B6, which help alleviate physical fatigue during pregnancy and lactation, as well as the decrease in physical strength due to illness or aging. It is effective in relieving symptoms associated with peripheral circulation disorders, including shoulder and neck stiffness and cold extremities during menopause. It also helps relieve various types of pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as oral inflammations like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, and skin inflammatory conditions. It improves eye fatigue and is helpful for beriberi symptoms. Additionally, it is effective against muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency, supporting nerve and muscle health. Therefore, this drug is used for the overall improvement of physical strength and relief of pain and inflammatory symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 capsule at a time, twice a day.

Child dose

For adolescents over 12 years old, take 1 capsule at a time, twice a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals with an allergy to this medicine or any of its components. In addition, infants under 12 months, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, and those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should avoid taking this medication. Patients with problems in fat metabolism such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should use this medicine with caution, especially if they are allergic to the colorant Yellow No. 5 contained in this product. During treatment, this medicine should not be taken in conjunction with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs such as levodopa. Women who are receiving medical treatment, are pregnant or could become pregnant, are breastfeeding, have premature or infant children, have heart or circulatory issues, kidney dysfunction, or low protein levels should consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness, nausea, vomiting, arrhythmia, or central nervous system depression occur during use, discontinue the medication immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if there are changes in menstruation or if bleeding persists for a long time, patients taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk for thrombosis should be cautious as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis. High-dose long-term use of pyridoxine may cause peripheral nerve disorders, so caution is advised. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur, and immediate consultation with a professional is required. Taking this medicine with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene carries a risk of hyperkalemia, so caution is needed. If no improvement is observed even after about one month of usage, consultation with a professional is advised. Patients with the risk of fat overload should regularly monitor blood lipid levels and adjust dosages as necessary, considering total lipid intake if receiving other lipid injections. This medicine should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is advisable to avoid drinking teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea before and after taking it. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. Also, do not transfer to another container to maintain quality.
