The vitamins E, B1, B2, B6 contained in this drug help with physical fatigue, weakened stamina during pregnancy and lactation, after illness, and in old age. They are also effective in alleviating symptoms of peripheral vascular disorders and menopause such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness of the hands and feet. They also assist in relieving pains such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, and various symptoms like inflammation around the mouth and dermatitis. It is also used to improve eye fatigue and is applied to treat muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Overall, the group of vitamins and magnesium is used to alleviate various physical symptoms and enhance health.
Aged 12 years and older: 1 capsule twice daily.
This drug should not be taken by individuals with allergies to specific ingredients or those who show hypersensitivity. Infants under 12 months old or patients with severe kidney dysfunction should also avoid this medication. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, beans, peanuts, etc., should refrain from taking this drug. Patients with metabolic problems or specific lipid disorders should use this drug with caution. This drug contains a pigment called Yellow No. 5, so individuals with allergies to this ingredient should take care. During the use of this drug, it is advisable not to take other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa together. Women undergoing treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, and patients with heart or kidney problems should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system anomalies appear during use, it is essential to stop taking the drug immediately and consult a professional. It is necessary to be cautious as menstrual cycles may change or bleeding may be prolonged. Patients taking contraceptives that contain estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis may have an increased risk of thrombosis when taking this drug. High-dose long-term use of Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) may cause nerve damage, so precautions should be taken. Patients with folate deficiency taking high doses of Vitamin B12 may show abnormal blood responses. Overdosage may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure, so caution is advised. Particularly, caution should be taken when used together with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene due to the risk of elevated potassium levels in the blood. If symptoms do not improve within a month after taking the medication, consulting a professional is recommended. Patients with lipid overload should regularly check their blood lipid levels and adjust dosages as needed. When using other lipid injectables, dosage should be adjusted to prevent excessive lipid intake. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed method and dosage, and urination may turn yellow, affecting clinical test results. Teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, should be avoided before and after taking this medication. Keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. It is essential to not transfer to other containers to maintain quality.
