This medication is used to alleviate pain and inflammation from conditions such as osteoarthritis, adhesive capsulitis, tendinitis and tendonitis, tennis elbow, myalgia, and swelling and pain following trauma.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

After removing the release paper from the patch, apply one patch to the affected area once per day. Unless directed by a physician, do not exceed a treatment period of 14 days, and change the patch every 24 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by anyone who suffers from allergies or hypersensitivity to this drug or its components. Individuals who have experienced allergic reactions to aspirin or other pain relievers, especially non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, should also refrain from using this medication. Patients with bronchial asthma or a history of asthma should avoid this drug. It is unsafe for individuals with a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or ulcers to use this medication. Patients with severe heart failure or serious kidney or liver damage should also refrain from using this drug. This medication is not recommended for children under 12 years old or for women in the third trimester of pregnancy or who are breastfeeding. While using this medication, avoid taking other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, corticosteroids, or anticoagulants, and it should not be used during lactation. Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, rash, blisters, skin peeling, oral/ocular mucosal pain, asthma attacks, respiratory anomalies with cough and fever, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), profound lethargy, severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusional state, vision disturbances, paralysis, significantly reduced urine output, severe generalized swelling, and elevated blood pressure.
