This medication is used as an adjunct treatment for wounds, burns, lacerations, pressure sores, acute and chronic dermatitis, eczema, skin ulcers, diaper rash, and sunburn, as well as similar light-induced skin conditions.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

After cleaning the wound, apply to the affected area 1 to 2 times a day.

Children's dosage

For nipple fissures during breastfeeding, apply immediately after each feeding.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals with hypersensitivity. Particularly, those who have experienced allergic reactions to this medication or its excipients should be cautious. It is also advisable not to use this medication in cases of infectious skin diseases or exudative skin diseases. When using this medication, care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes. If this medication has been applied to cracked nipples by a breastfeeding mother, it must be wiped off before breastfeeding. Patients with allergies to propylene glycol or who have had hypersensitive reactions should use this medication with caution. While using this medication, allergic reactions or skin conditions such as dermatitis, itching, rash, urticaria may occur. However, the frequency of these side effects is not precisely known.
