The vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medicine are primarily needed in cases of physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, after illness, in growth stages, and in old age, and are used to supply these nutrients. Additionally, vitamin D helps prevent poor bone and dental development and rickets, while the B vitamins are effective in preventing beriberi and relieving eye fatigue. This medicine is also used for pain relief from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain (such as lower back pain and shoulder stiffness), as well as for improving inflammation around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, and skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis. Zinc contributes to maintaining the normal function of the body and enhancing immunity, thus supporting overall health. In summary, this medicine is used to improve bodily functions and alleviate symptoms through the supply of various vitamins and zinc.
Adults aged 19 years and older should take 1 tablet once a day.
This medicine should not be used by patients with hypercalcemia, patients with sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, or individuals with kidney disease. Furthermore, individuals with allergic reactions to the components of this medicine, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should avoid taking this medication. It is also advisable not to take this medicine concurrently with phosphates or calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications such as levodopa. Patients receiving treatment from a doctor, women who are pregnant or might become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young babies, as well as individuals with heart or circulatory issues, kidney conditions, patients with hypoalbuminemia, and those with a history of kidney stones should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. Additionally, individuals with abnormal lipid metabolism or the elderly should exercise caution before use. If any unusual symptoms occur while taking this medicine, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, skin rashes, heart rhythm irregularities, central nervous system issues, hypotension, pulmonary edema, or abdominal discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Long-term use of high doses may cause sensory nerve issues, and concurrent use with vitamin B12 may lead to hematological abnormalities, so caution is necessary. If overdosing or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist. Always follow the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines, and be aware that this medicine may turn urine yellow, which can affect test results. Avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. Store this medicine out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, sealed tightly. It is important not to transfer to other containers to maintain quality.
