The vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication help replenish physical strength during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, recovery from illness, as well as during growth and old age. Additionally, these vitamins assist in preventing poor bone and tooth development, as well as rickets, and are effective for fatigue caused by beriberi and visual strain. This medication alleviates pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is also beneficial for oral inflammations such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glositis, as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. Zinc plays a significant role in maintaining overall health, enhancing physical strength, thus this drug is used for alleviating various symptoms and improving health.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals aged 19 and over: take 1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excessive calcium in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease with unknown causes), or those with kidney disease. Additionally, those allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal dysfunction should avoid taking it. During the course of taking this medication, it is advisable not to take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications such as levodopa simultaneously. Women who are receiving medical treatment, pregnant, may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, or babies should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with cardiovascular problems, kidney dysfunction, hypoalbuminemia, history of kidney stones, dyslipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, and other metabolic disorders related to fat should exercise caution as well. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, skin rash, abnormal heart rhythm, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during use, it is essential to discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Moreover, long-term high-dose use of pyridoxine may lead to neurological issues. Patients deficient in folic acid receiving over a specific dose of vitamin B12 may experience hematologic adverse reactions. Overdose may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, thus caution is required. Caution should also be exercised when taking with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as it may increase blood potassium levels. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, consulting a physician is recommended. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it may cause urine to turn yellow, potentially influencing clinical test results. It is preferable to avoid consuming tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea before and after taking the medication. Store out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and in a tightly sealed container. Finally, to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer it to another container.
