Vitamin B1 is used to help restore physical strength when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, and when physical strength is reduced during or after illness. Zinc plays a crucial role in enhancing immune function and cellular metabolism, and helps maintain health when deficient. Selenium is needed to prevent cell damage through its antioxidant action and to enhance immunity, thus should be adequately supplied when deficient.
