Improves physical fatigue and weakness during or after illness, relieves pain such as neuralgia and myalgia, and provides selenium supplementation
Vitamin B₁ helps with physical fatigue or when strength has decreased during or after pregnancy and breastfeeding, or due to illness. It is also used for relief of pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, and for improvement of beriberi and eye fatigue. Selenium is a nutrient that needs to be supplemented in the body and is effective for maintaining health.
For those 12 years and older, take 1 pouch twice a day.
This medication should not be taken by anyone with an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its components. Additionally, infants under 12 months should not use this medication. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline drugs, and antacids together. Individuals receiving treatment from a physician or those with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, or localized colitis must consult a specialist before taking this medication. Those with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, and patients with hypoproteinemia should also consult a specialist. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dermatitis, unpleasant odor when sweating or breathing, hair loss, or restlessness appear during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Also, caution is required as overdose may lead to gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, or edema. Particularly when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamteren, there may be a risk of hyperkalemia, so caution is necessary. If a large amount is inadvertently taken, or if symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, consult a specialist. When taking this medication, be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and frequency, and it is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea before and after taking it. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer it to other containers.

This medication is sensitive to light and should be stored in a tightly closed container that shields from light. It should also be stored at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C to maintain its efficacy and safety.
