The vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6 and zinc contained in this medication help to supplement nutrients needed for physical fatigue or during pregnancy, breastfeeding, post-illness recovery, growth period, and in old age. It is also effective in relieving pain from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and is used for alleviating inflammation around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis as well as skin conditions like dermatitis and eczema. It improves eye fatigue, supports healthy bone and teeth development, and prevents rickets. Thus, it is effective for nutritional supplementation and symptom relief required at various stages of health, making it useful for overall health enhancement.

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis which is an unknown systemic inflammatory disease, or kidney disease. Additionally, individuals with allergic reactions to this drug or its components should avoid its use. Babies under 12 months of age and patients with kidney stones should also refrain from taking this medication. While taking this drug, it is advisable not to concurrently take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Children under 1 year, patients under treatment, children exposed to substantial sunlight while consuming a normal diet, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Special caution is needed as vitamin D may be secreted in breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia in infants. Individuals with gastrointestinal disorders, heart and circulatory system impairments, kidney dysfunction, hypoalbuminemia, or a history of kidney stones should also consult with a professional before usage. Should side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, hair loss, indigestion, or low blood pressure occur while taking this medication, immediate discontinuation and professional consultation are necessary. Furthermore, if there are changes in menstrual patterns or prolonged bleeding, it is essential to consult a physician. Those taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk for thrombosis should exercise caution as the risk of thromboembolism may increase. Long-term high-dose intake of vitamin B6 can lead to nerve damage, and excessive intake of vitamin B12 can cause hematological abnormalities. Overdosing on this medication can result in symptoms such as gastrointestinal disturbances, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so caution is advised. There is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics, so caution is necessary. In case of overdose or if symptoms do not improve after more than one month of use, medical staff should be consulted. It is crucial to adhere to prescribed dosages and to administer to children under supervision. This medication may discolor urine yellow, possibly affecting some test results. During treatment, it is recommended to avoid tea containing tannins such as green tea or black tea. Store this medication out of reach of children and keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. It is important to avoid transferring the medication to other containers to maintain quality.

Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, discomfort in the upper abdomen, constipation, rash, redness, loose stools, dermatitis, offensive odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, irritability, gastrointestinal disturbances, dyspepsia, upper abdominal pain, low blood pressure, pulmonary edema, menstruation that starts earlier than expected or becomes increasingly heavier with prolonged bleeding, increased risk of thrombosis, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological adverse reactions, promotion of peptic ulcers, impairment of glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia.
