The vitamins B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication assist the body in various situations. It is useful for nutritional supplementation when feeling physically fatigued or when energy levels are low during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and during or after illness. It also helps alleviate pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia and is effective for resolving inflammation around the mouth, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, and skin issues like eczema and dermatitis. It positively affects the alleviation of eye fatigue and beriberi symptoms. Thus, it supports health and improves symptoms through balanced nutritional supply for various physical conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

For children aged 8 years and older, take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components. In particular, infants under 12 months old should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, do not take certain medications together such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline medications, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, patients currently receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory issues, patients with kidney disorders, and patients with hypoproteinemia should consult a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, inflammation in the mouth, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, constipation, diarrhea, rash, itching, or edema occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Long-term high-dose use of the pyridoxine component may lead to neurological symptoms, so caution is necessary. High doses of vitamin B12 can cause hematological adverse reactions, so care is required. High-dose use may exacerbate peptic ulcers, cause blood sugar regulation issues, hyperuricemia, or liver damage, so caution is advised. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur, prompting immediate consultation with a professional. Caution is required when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene as it may increase serum potassium levels. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of taking this medication, consult a physician. This medication must be taken in the prescribed dosages and methods, and when administered to children, sufficient guidance and supervision from a guardian is necessary. Urine may turn yellow during use, which may affect clinical test results, so please be aware. Tannins-containing teas such as green tea or black tea should be avoided during or before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To maintain quality, do not transfer to other containers and should be prevented from misuse.
