If the condition does not improve after 8 weeks of proton pump inhibitors treatment, it may be administered as 20/800 mg orally twice daily for an additional 8 weeks.

How to take

Adult dose

For gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers, administer 20/800 mg orally once daily based on symptoms. Gastric ulcers are usually treated for up to 8 weeks, and duodenal ulcers for up to 6 weeks. For erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease, administer 20/800 mg orally once daily for 4 to 8 weeks.
