This drug helps relieve physical fatigue, reduces bodily weakness during pregnancy, lactation, and during and after illness, and is beneficial in old age through supplementation of vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6. It alleviates various symptoms such as peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms like shoulder and neck stiffness and cold extremities, as well as improves neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, and skin-related inflammatory symptoms. It is also effective in relieving beriberi and eye fatigue. It is used for muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule, twice a day.

Precautions

This drug should not be taken by persons allergic to this drug or its ingredients. Infants under 12 months or individuals with severe renal dysfunction should avoid this drug. Those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also not take this drug. Caution is required for individuals with disorders related to lipid metabolism, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis. It is recommended to avoid taking this drug concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa while using this medication. Patients undergoing treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, children, and individuals with cardiac or renal problems must consult a healthcare professional before taking this drug. Additionally, this drug contains a yellow dye called Tartrazine, which requires caution in individuals sensitive to it. If unusual symptoms such as heartburn, diarrhea, rash, nausea, vomiting, heart problems, or neurological dysfunction occur while taking this drug, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Women should be aware that menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding may occur. Particularly, women taking contraceptive pills containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombotic disorders may have an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term high doses of vitamin B complex can cause nerve damage, so caution is warranted. High-dose use may result in gastrointestinal disturbances, increased uric acid levels, liver damage, edema, and could raise potassium levels when taken with certain diuretics. Consult a healthcare professional if symptoms do not improve after overdose or after one month of use.
