This drug helps relieve physical fatigue and supports health management during pregnancy, lactation, and after illness, and it is also beneficial for elderly health management through the supply of vitamins E, B1, B6, and others. Additionally, it alleviates symptoms such as shoulder stiffness, numbness, and coldness in the extremities associated with peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopause. It is also effective in relieving various symptoms, including neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, dermatitis, beriberi, and eye fatigue. This medication is also used to alleviate muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Overall, this drug aids in the relief of various symptoms and enhances physical strength, thus improving health.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals aged 12 years and older: take 1 capsule twice daily.
Precautions
This drug should not be taken by individuals with allergic reactions to this drug or any of its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months old, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, and those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. Caution is advised for patients with disorders of lipid metabolism such as hyperlipoproteinemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis. It is recommended not to take this drug alongside medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa during treatment. Patients undergoing treatment, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, premature infants or young children, patients with heart or circulatory diseases, kidney dysfunction, and those with hypoproteinemia should consult a specialist before taking this medication. This drug contains a dye called Yellow No. 5, thus individuals allergic to this component should be cautious. If symptoms like discomfort in the stomach, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, red spots, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Additionally, if menstruation occurs earlier than usual or prolonged bleeding occurs, discontinue use and seek guidance. Women taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or patients with a tendency to thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E intake. Long-term intake of pyridoxine above 500mg to 2g per day can cause symptoms of nerve damage. Overdose may lead to symptoms like nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so caution is required. Caution should also be taken when combined with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene as there is a risk of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly monitor plasma lipid levels to adjust the dosage of this drug appropriately. In cases of combined administration with other intravenous lipid preparations, consider the lipid content of this drug to adjust the total lipid dosage accordingly. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before or after taking this medication. Store this drug out of reach of children, protect it from direct sunlight, and keep it in a cool, dry place.
