Relieves pain (such as headache, toothache, etc.) and suppresses fever.
This medication is used to alleviate various types of pain such as headache, toothache, pain after dental extraction, joint pain, neuralgia, low back pain, and muscle pain. It also has antipyretic effects for symptoms such as chills and fever, reducing discomfort in the body. It is particularly effective for improving menstrual pain and pain due to trauma. Commonly used for headache, toothache, joint pain, low back pain, menstrual pain, and fever.
For adults and those aged 15 or older, take 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day, avoiding taking on an empty stomach. The dosing interval should be at least 4 hours.
This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist if taken by someone who regularly drinks more than three glasses of alcohol per day, as it may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia should avoid high doses of this medication or use it cautiously. Those with allergies to this medication or a history of causing asthma, infants under three months old, or individuals with certain genetic intolerance to lactose should not take this medication. Do not take this medication concurrently with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives, and individuals with specific conditions or constitution should consult an expert before taking it. If symptoms like rash, vomiting, dizziness, or swelling occur, or if symptoms do not improve, immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. Children under two years of age should not use this medication except in special cases, and a doctor's supervision is required when using it. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration, and do not use for an extended period; abstain from alcohol while using this medication. Be cautious of muscle-related side effects when taken with certain diuretics or medications containing licorice. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, this medication may affect fetal kidney function, so use the minimum dosage and duration necessary under medical supervision. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, kept away from direct sunlight, and in a cool place with low humidity. Do not transfer to another container, and take care to prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, cold sweat, paleness, difficulty breathing, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in the mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes, asthma, mucosal membrane syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis (Lyell's syndrome), significantly reduced urine output, severe generalized edema, high blood pressure, sudden and severe headache, paralysis.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
Do not take with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if taken with diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, diuretics, or low-dose aspirin. Be cautious when taken with potassium-containing preparations, licorice-containing preparations, glycyrrhizin or its salts, loop diuretics (furosemide, ethacrynic acid), or thiazide diuretics (trichloromethiazide).
Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air exposure and kept at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. This way of storage helps maintain the medication's efficacy.
