Relief of acute gastroenteritis and digestive symptoms (watery diarrhea, vomiting)
This medication is used for gastrointestinal symptoms associated with watery diarrhea, vomiting, thirst, decreased urination, food stagnation, heatstroke, abdominal cold, acute gastroenteritis, and abdominal pain.
Typically, an adult should take 1 sachet (single dose) 3 times a day before meals or in between meals.
This medication contains lactose, so patients with a genetic disorder that prevents lactose digestion should not take it. Individuals with high blood pressure or problems with the heart or kidneys should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with swelling or a history of skin rash or itching from medications should consult a professional before taking this. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant must consult a doctor before taking this medication. Elderly individuals may need to adjust their dosage due to decreased bodily functions, so caution is necessary. Patients taking other medications should consult healthcare providers before starting this medication. If symptoms like decreased urination, swelling of the face or limbs, heavy eyelids, stiff hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis occur, stop taking this medication and consult a professional. If skin rash, redness, or itching develops, discontinue use and inform a healthcare provider. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than one month, discontinue use and seek consultation. This medication should not be taken long-term as a principle, and if long-term use is necessary, consult a professional. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration. Caution should be exercised when taking with medications that contain potassium or licorice, and specific diuretics, as hypokalemia or muscle disorders may occur. When taking with other herbal medicines or natural remedies, caution should be observed regarding ingredient overlap. Store this medication in a cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and be sure to seal it properly after use. Keep out of reach of children and store it in its original container for safety.
