This medication is used to relieve various pains such as headaches, toothaches, and muscle pain. It is also effective for pain after tooth extraction, sore throats, and ear pain. Joint pain, neuralgia, and low back pain can also be improved with this medication. It helps with menstrual pain and trauma pain, and it is used for relief of pain from sprains or bruises. Moreover, it exhibits antipyretic effects during chills and fever, alleviating symptoms. It is effective for such a variety of pains and fever, providing significant help in reducing patients' discomfort.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children over 15 years: 1 capsule 1 to 3 times a day. Take it avoiding an empty stomach. Maintain an interval of at least 4 hours between doses.

Precautions

People who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, as there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Individuals with cardiovascular diseases or those at risk due to factors such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, or smoking should use this medication cautiously, and high dosages should be avoided. High dosages may increase the risk of thrombotic diseases such as myocardial infarction or stroke. This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergies to this drug or its components or have experienced asthma-related symptoms; infants under three months old should also avoid it. It should not be taken concurrently with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives. Infants infected with chickenpox or influenza and children under 15 should consult a doctor before taking this medication, as should individuals with specific allergies or conditions affecting the liver, kidney, thyroid, diabetes, or hypertension. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, the elderly, and those taking other medications must also consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms such as a skin rash, itching, vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, dizziness, or swelling occur during use, take it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. In particular, severe symptoms like anaphylaxis shock, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, or asthma require immediate medical attention. It is advisable for children under two years of age not to take this medication except in special cases. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and regimen, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from drinking alcohol while taking this medication. After the 20th week of pregnancy, there is a risk of fetal kidney function abnormalities and oligohydramnios, so it should be used at the lowest dose for the shortest duration, and ultrasound checks for amniotic fluid status should be conducted as necessary. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and should not be transferred to other containers.

Erythema multiforme, exfoliative dermatitis, photosensitivity reaction, eosinophilia and systemic syndrome (DRESS syndrome), acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis.
