This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc, which can be effectively used in various situations. It aids bodily functions when experiencing physical fatigue, or during pregnancy, lactation, and when recovering from illness or after illness when physical strength is depleted. It also helps maintain health during growth periods and in old age. This medication is effective in preventing bone and dental development disorders or rickets. It is also used to relieve fatigue, neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, as well as inflammatory symptoms such as cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, dermatitis, and eczema. All these benefits together are used to enhance bodily health and vitality.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults and children over 8 years: Take 1 tablet once daily after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or those with kidney diseases. Persons who have allergic reactions to any component of this medication should not take it. Infants under 12 months of age and those with kidney stones or severe renal failure should also avoid using this medication. Additionally, since it contains lactose, patients with genetic issues like galactose intolerance, lactose deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should refrain from using this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or drugs like levodopa during treatment. Particularly, infants under 1 year of age, patients currently under medical treatment, children exposed to lots of sunlight, patients with primary hyperoxaluria, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, preterm infants, and patients with gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular problems, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, or those with a history of gout or kidney stones should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastric discomfort, constipation, rash, skin redness, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, heart rhythm disturbances, central nervous system disorders, dermatitis, hair loss, gastrointestinal disorders, hypotension, pulmonary edema appear while taking this medication, discontinue use and consult a professional immediately. Additionally, if menstruation occurs earlier than expected or if bleeding persists for a long period, women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase. Long-term high-dose administration may result in tolerance, and specific vitamin intake may lead to neurological disorders or hematological adverse reactions, requiring careful attention. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage, and when administering to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian. Urine testing may be affected by blood glucose testing, and the urine color may change to yellow, so care should be taken when interpreting clinical test results. Tannins in beverages such as green tea or black tea should be avoided before and after taking this medication. When storing the medication, keep it in a tightly closed container to prevent air and moisture exposure, and it is advisable to store it at room temperature, between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius.
