This medication is used for various skin conditions such as progressive keratoderma (dry type of dyshidrotic eczema), palmar and plantar keratoderma, ichthyosis (fish skin disease), senile xerosis (dry skin), keratosis pilaris, and atopic dermatitis. These conditions mainly occur due to dryness of the skin and abnormal keratin production, and this medication helps alleviate symptoms by moisturizing the skin and improving the keratin layer. It is effective in promoting skin health and helps maintain a healthy skin condition for the patient.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Once a day for several times (multiple applications), wash the affected area (diseased area) and then apply this medication thoroughly.

Precautions

This medication should not be used on mucosal areas such as the eyes, nose, or mouth. Individuals allergic to any of the components in this medication should avoid use. This medication should not be applied to areas with acute eczema or inflammatory skin diseases. It may be risky for patients with impaired kidney function to use this medication over a wide area. Caution is required when using this medication on inflamed or cracked skin, as temporary irritation may occur. Individuals sensitive to skin irritation may also experience symptoms when using this product, so caution is advised. This medication contains propylene glycol, and those allergic or sensitive to this component should use it cautiously. Furthermore, it contains sodium bisulfite, which may exacerbate allergic reactions or asthma symptoms, so asthmatic patients should be particularly cautious. Irritation symptoms such as pain, warmth, redness, and itching may occur; if these symptoms become severe, use should be discontinued.
