This medication helps in the supply of vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6 during physical fatigue or pregnancy and lactation, as well as in the reduction of physical strength after illnesses. In particular, Vitamin D is effective in preventing poor bone and teeth development and rickets, and the vitamin complex helps alleviate various inflammatory symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, and stomatitis. It is also used for the prevention of beriberi (beriberi disease) and improvement of eye fatigue. By supplying zinc, it contributes to enhanced immunity and wound healing. In summary, this medication is used to improve overall health by supplying vitamins and zinc, alleviating various symptoms, and enhancing physical strength.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 8 years and older, take 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

For children aged 8 years and older, take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excessive calcium in the blood) or sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), as well as by individuals with kidney disorders. Those who are allergic or sensitive to any of the ingredients in this medication, children under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, or individuals with severe renal failure should also avoid this medication. This medication contains lactose, so those with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders should avoid it, and individuals with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should exercise caution. While taking this medication, avoid concomitant use with specific drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Patients receiving treatment from a physician, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and individuals with gastrointestinal disorders, heart and circulatory function impairment, kidney problems, hypoproteinemia, or a history of kidney stones must consult with physicians or pharmacists before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, irregular heartbeats, central nervous system disturbances, hair loss, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, be aware of changes in menstrual patterns, increased risk of thrombosis, neuropsychiatric symptoms, hematological adverse reactions, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, liver damage, hypernatremia, and edema while taking this medication, and pay attention to potential interactions with other drugs. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration. Discoloration of urine may occur, and it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea. When administering to children, supervision by a guardian is necessary, and patients with lipid metabolism disorders should monitor blood lipid levels to adjust dosages accordingly. Store this medication out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place, and do not transfer it to other containers to maintain quality.

Drug interactions
