Vitamins B1, B6, and E are beneficial in various cases such as physical fatigue, decreased physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, and in older adults. These vitamins are particularly helpful in relieving symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue. Additionally, they alleviate neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain (such as low back pain and shoulder stiffness), inflammatory oral diseases like stomatitis, cheilitis, and glossitis, as well as symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. Peripheral circulation disorders or symptoms like shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, or coldness of the hands and feet during menopause are also relieved. Lastly, they are effective in alleviating muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Therefore, they are used for a variety of symptoms and conditions.
