This medicine helps to supply essential vitamins D, E, B group, and C, which are necessary during physical fatigue and periods of pregnancy, breastfeeding, or reduced physical strength due to illness or after illness, as well as during growth and old age. Vitamin D is important for improving developmental disorders of bones and teeth and preventing rickets. Vitamin B1 helps relieve pain related to neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as improve eye fatigue. Additionally, vitamins B2 and B6 are used to relieve symptoms of inflammation around the mouth, stomatitis, and dermatitis. The combination of these various vitamins is effective in boosting physical strength and health.

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or renal disorders. Additionally, individuals with allergic reactions to this medication or its components should not take it. Infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and patients with severe renal failure should also avoid this medication. This medication contains lactose; thus, it should not be taken by individuals with lactose intolerance or genetic lactose enzyme deficiency. During the intake of this medication, it is advised to avoid taking phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs such as levodopa. Infants under 1 year, patients receiving treatment from a doctor, children in normal meals with a lot of sun exposure, patients with primary oxaluria, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with gastrointestinal disorders such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, and localized colitis, patients with heart or circulatory system dysfunction, patients with renal disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, gout patients, or patients with a history of kidney stones should also consult a specialist prior to taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, irregular heartbeats, central nervous system dysfunction, bad breath, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, low blood pressure, or pulmonary edema appear during medication, the drug should be stopped immediately, and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted. Also, if menstruation becomes irregular or bleeding persists longer than usual, immediate consultation with a specialist is required. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients with a predisposition to thrombosis may face an increased risk of thrombosis while taking this medication. Long-term high-dose administration may lead to drug tolerance. Prolonged high doses of pyridoxine may lead to neurological symptoms. Patients with folic acid deficiency should be cautious about taking vitamin B12 in doses above a certain level to prevent hematological abnormalities. High doses may worsen peptic ulcers, cause glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. High doses may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so caution is advised. Concurrent use with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase the risk of elevated potassium levels. This medication should strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when administered to children, supervision by a guardian is necessary. Furthermore, during the medication use, some urinalysis tests may be influenced in blood glucose measurements, and urine color may change to yellow, affecting the test results. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during or before and after dosing. When storing, keep this medication out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry, and airtight location. It is important for quality maintenance not to transfer it to another container.
