This medicine contains vitamins D and E. Vitamin D plays a crucial role in preventing deficiencies in bone and teeth growth and preventing rickets. It is especially helpful during periods when vitamin D supplementation is needed, such as during pregnancy, breastfeeding, developmental stages, and old age. Vitamin E is used to alleviate symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and coldness, which occur during peripheral circulation disorders and menopause. It also helps with muscle cramps caused by calcium and magnesium deficiencies. This medicine is used for the improvement of these symptoms and conditions.

Precautions
This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (too much calcium in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or kidney disease. Those who have allergic reactions to this medicine or any of its ingredients should avoid using it. Infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not take this medicine. While taking this medicine, it is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline formulations, and antacids together. Infants under 1 year of age, patients currently receiving treatment from a doctor, children who are exposed to a lot of sunlight and have normal diets, pregnant women or women who might become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medicine. Attention is needed especially since vitamin D can lead to hypercalcemia in newborns through breast milk. Patients with heart or circulatory issues, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, those taking cardiac glycosides, individuals with a history of kidney stones, and pregnant women should discuss with professionals prior to taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, constipation, rash, hypotension, facial flushing, irregular heartbeat, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during use, discontinue taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Discontinuation and consultation are also needed if menstrual cycles become irregular or prolonged bleeding occurs. Women taking oral contraceptives that contain estrogen or patients with thrombotic predisposition should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking vitamin E. Patients with folate deficiency may experience blood abnormalities when taking excessive amounts of vitamin B12. Overdose can lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, and prolonged use may result in hypercalcemia or kidney stones. Taking this medication in conjunction with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may increase the risk of hyperkalemia, so caution is necessary. If there is a lack of improvement in symptoms despite taking excessive doses or receiving treatment for over a month, consult a professional. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and directions, and when administering to children, supervision by a guardian is required. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins like green tea or black tea before and after usage. This medication should be stored in a place that is inaccessible to children, avoiding direct sunlight, and kept in a cool place with low humidity. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain drug quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
