Precautions

This medication may put stress on the liver, so those who regularly drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. The acetaminophen included in this medication can rarely cause serious skin rashes or allergic reactions, so if you notice any skin abnormalities after taking it, stop taking it immediately and consult an expert. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum recommended daily dose of 4,000 mg, and taking it with other medications containing acetaminophen increases the risk of liver damage. Individuals with an allergy to this medication or its components, those with a history of triggering asthma, and infants under 3 months old should not take it. It is advisable not to use with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives during use. Especially children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, infants over 3 months and under 1 year old, people with a history of allergies, or those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, pregnant women, or nursing mothers should consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, tinnitus, or swelling occur after taking the medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a physician, as severe cases may require prompt action for shock, serious skin disorders, asthma attacks, or liver dysfunction. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and duration, and avoid long-term use. It is also advisable not to consume alcohol during treatment. Moreover, caution is needed as drug metabolism may be slowed when taken with certain antidepressants or alcohol. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place, tightly sealed. For quality maintenance, do not transfer to another container.
