Adult administration

In severe cases, administer 600-1200mg daily via intramuscular injection or intravenous drip. In cases of treatment over several days or milder cases, administer 300-600mg daily via intramuscular injection or intravenous drip.

This drug may rarely cause severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis; thus, if symptoms such as pallor, low blood pressure, or abnormal heartbeats occur during use, administration should be stopped immediately and monitored. Additionally, it may rarely cause hypersensitivity symptoms such as skin rash, so treatment should be discontinued if such symptoms appear. In the gastrointestinal system, it may rarely cause symptoms such as decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain, hence caution is advised. The drug should be used immediately after dissolving the vial completely before use, and when administering intramuscularly, careful injection should be made avoiding nerves and blood vessels. If repeated injections are necessary, it is advisable to avoid the same area and alternate left and right, particularly needing more caution for children or minors. When storing, keep it in a secure location out of reach of children, and do not transfer the drug from its original container to another as this could compromise the quality or lead to misuse; therefore, always store it in the original container with the cap tightly closed.

Store this drug in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture from entering, ideally at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way helps maintain the drug's effectiveness and ensures safe usage.
