Adult administration

In severe cases, administer 600-1200mg by intramuscular injection or intravenous drip daily. In cases of treatment over several days or mild cases, administer 300-600mg by intramuscular injection or intravenous drip daily.

This medication may rarely cause severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, so the patient's condition should be closely monitored during administration. If symptoms such as facial pallor, low blood pressure, or irregular pulse appear, administration should be stopped immediately. Additionally, rare hypersensitivity reactions such as skin rashes may occur, and if these symptoms appear, use of the drug should be halted. Gastrointestinal symptoms may include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain; if these symptoms occur, the healthcare provider should be informed. This medication should be reconstituted and administered immediately prior to use, as any delay after reconstitution may reduce its efficacy. When administering an intramuscular injection, care should be taken to avoid nerves or blood vessels, and if multiple injections are necessary, they should be given at alternating sites rather than repeatedly in the same area. Particular caution should be taken when administering this medication to children and minors. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children and must be kept in its original container with the lid tightly closed to prevent misuse or quality degradation.
