This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C, which are necessary in cases of physical fatigue, reduced stamina during pregnancy and breastfeeding, during and after illness, during growth periods, and in old age. It also helps prevent poor bone and dental development and rickets, alleviates beriberi (vitamin B1 deficiency), and reduces eye fatigue. It is used for relief of various symptoms including neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It contains zinc, which contributes to immune strength and health maintenance. This medication is widely used to improve various symptoms and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 8 and above, take 1 tablet once a day after meals.

Child dose

For children aged 8 and above, take 1 tablet once a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease of unknown origin, or those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals allergic to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should avoid taking it. It contains lactose, so patients with lactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or congenital disorders of glucose-galactose absorption should not use it. People allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also refrain from taking this medication. Patients taking this medication should avoid concomitant use with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Those undergoing treatment by a healthcare professional, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, lactating women, premature infants, and infants should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with a history of peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, cardiovascular diseases, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout, or a history of kidney stones should also seek advice before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, dermatitis, hair loss, abdominal distension, hypotension, pulmonary edema occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, if there is a change in menstruation or prolonged bleeding, caution is required as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term high dosage use may lead to tolerance, and specific vitamins can cause neurological disorders or blood abnormalities, so caution is indicated. High-dose administration can exacerbate peptic ulcers, cause glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage, and possibly symptoms of edema or heart failure. In particular, caution is advised when taken with antialdosterone agents or triamterene due to the risk of hyperkalemia. It is crucial to adhere to dosage and administration instructions, as this medication may affect blood glucose measurements in urine tests and change urine color to yellow, influencing test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders should regularly monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust dosages as necessary. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and tightly sealed to prevent moisture.
