This medication contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, D, and E, which are beneficial when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, or when physical strength is reduced due to illness or post-illness recovery. It is effective in preventing poor bone and teeth development and rickets, and is also used to improve beriberi and eye fatigue. In addition to alleviating pain from neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, it helps with various inflammatory symptoms such as cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It is effective in relieving shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness, and coldness in the hands and feet due to peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms and improves muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. This helps enhance overall physical health through various symptomatic uses.
How to take

For individuals aged 12 years and older: 1 capsule at a time, taken twice daily.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excess calcium in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause), or those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, patients with severe renal failure, and those allergic to soybean oil, peanuts should avoid using this product. During the usage of this medication, do not take it concurrently with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline, antacids, or medications such as levodopa. Children undergoing treatment, those receiving a lot of sunlight, having a normal diet, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult with a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory problems, renal impairment, history of hypotension, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, pancreatitis, or any abnormal lipid metabolism should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. It is essential to follow the prescribed method and dosage when taking this medication, as it can cause urine to turn yellow and affect test results. It is advisable to avoid drinking tannin-containing teas, such as green tea or black tea before and after taking the medication. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor serum lipid levels and adjust medication doses as necessary. When using other lipid-regulating drugs, it is important to adjust dosages based on lipid content. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed container to prevent moisture absorption.
